Belt Bucket Elevators are systems that carry bulk materials at vertical and near vertical angles thanks to plastic or steel buckets mounted on the rubber band on them.
Although these elevators work vertically, the bulk material is poured into the chamber under the tension drum by means of a chute.
Here, while the buckets pass, it scoops up the bulk material and throws the product into the output chute with a swinging motion at the top.
The entire perimeter of the system is protected against material spillage during the vertical exit, dusting during the first material feeding and material unloading at the exit.
Dusting material can be sucked from the air suction points left at the feeding and pouring points.
