Chip Conveyors carry the chips falling from the machines, which generate small pieces or scrap from the bench or similar, on the steel palettes, which are usually in a Z-shape structure located under the machine to pick and raise the piece from a narrow area, move it forward on the case and pour. Steel palette is designed as a hinge shape and mostly with small pitches to provide ease of movement in tight spaces. In case of flow of oil or similar liquid together with the chip, by adding an oil pump with a separate filtering unit, the poured oil is separated from the metal chips and sent back to the system. In cases where small granular pieces like dust spill, magnetic chip conveyors are preferred. In cases of smaller particles, filter paper systems may be used.
