The ATLAS GEAR LIFT is a basic complementary equipment in logistics and automation industry, since it provides the designer with the possibility to have a Y-axis on shuttles, AGVs and wherever there is no other available system to free the load unit within the pick-up or lay-down phases.

To ensure efficiency, a powerful, accurate, reliable maintenance-free system is needed.

For these reasons, the movement of our Lift is entirely gear-driven – unlike our competitors’ ones, relying on chains.

This powerful and silent system, with 60 mm to 120 mm of lifting stroke, allows lifting elevate loads with an inconsiderable deflection and a guaranteed coplanarity within 0.5 mm; something inconceivable in chains-driven lifting devices.

Whoever adopts this gear system gains the great advantage of a close-to-zero maintenance on-board the GEAR LIFT, whereas the chain-driven ones need constant adjustments.

Hence, ATLAS GEAR LIFT is indeed a winning equipment, both from a technical and an economic point of view.
