Central Section Straightening Line

Operator-controlled system used for the straightening process of the materials in 300mm square and with small billets up to 12m in length after rolling.

The bars left on the feeder side by a crane are transferred to the roller conveyor by a chain system, while rotating rectified the press of 450 Tons with the strokes made to the right points they are corrected and dropped to the discharge side by means of tilt arms.

Here, the rectified bars that have been collected in a position suitable for tying due to the form of the discharge station are picked by a crane as a whole after they are tied.
