Driven Roller Conveyors
Driven Roller Conveyors can work flat, on minus and plus gradients.
On these conveyors, rolls are driven from the drive gear or drum next to the roll by the belt or chain.
On driven roller conveyors, rolls are driven by a single belt or transfer.
Transfer system is usually more successful and healthier.
In general, these conveyors are preferred transfer with ½” chain and can make turns by means of conical rolls or ordered wheels.
At the points, where placing the engine is difficult or in cases where aesthetic concerns are present and the engine is not desired to be visible, the engine is removed by using drum-motorized rolls.
On the driven roller conveyors, stock can be made based on the piece.
However, if fewer loads on the system are desired, it can be converted to a more efficient state by mixing with roller clutches.
