Belt Elevators
Belt Elevators are systems that carry bulk materials at vertical and near vertical angles, thanks to the corrugated belts and pushers on them.
In this elevator, the material spilled in the feeding chute is randomly poured into the chambers thanks to the corrugated side bands standing on the belt in the vertical direction and with the pushers between them, and the material is raised by angling from horizontal to vertical position at the determined speed of the belt.
The entire perimeter of the system is protected against material spillage during the vertical exit, dusting during the first material feeding and material unloading at the exit.
Dusting material can be sucked from the air suction points left at the feeding and pouring points.
