Conveyors, where a standard chain gear and a special pitch chain usually carry the material in direct contact with the chain within a guideway are called Standard chain conveyors. In this context, they are generally preferred for carrying heavy materials such as palettes or hot materials. In these conveyors, depending on the weight of the product, usually standard chains like ½”, 1” or 3” and according to the pressing surface of the product, single, double or triple-row chains are used. Due to the heat-treated rollers in the middle of these chains, the chain wears less under the load.
